Dr. Chrysta Sahakian joined Yelm Family Medicine in September 2026.

Dr. Sahakian is a board-certified osteopathic family medicine physician. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Santa Cruz, California, medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and residency at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Center via HealthPoint in Auburn, WA.  Dr. Sahakian enjoys sports medicine, nutrition and lifestyle, women’s health and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). Originally from California and spending a few years out in the Midwest, she found the perfect home in the PNW. In her spare time, she is out in the wilderness, learning a new hobby, or tending to fruit trees.
